With more than 90,000 square feet of interactive, state-of-the-art exhibit space, the Museum can accommodate up to 2,000 guests!

A conveniently located parking garage and Fresh Café catering round out a first-class experience that is sure to dazzle. Discounts are available for non-profit organizations.

Located on the second floor of the museum, the Duncan Family Conference Room is a flexible space perfect for your meeting, party or event.

Do you have preferred caterers that I am required to use?

For after-hours events, you are free to select your own caterer. If your event is held during museum operating hours, Fresh Café offers a variety of box lunches and trays.

How early can we access the museum for set up?

The Museum closes to the public at 6:00 pm. We allow you to start setting up at 5:30 pm.

Does the museum allow alcohol during private events?

Yes, but we require that you have a licensed bartender.

Do you have a catering kitchen, ice machine, and/or refrigeration onsite?

Unfortunately we do not have any of these items available when you host an event with us. Your caterer should be able to accommodate; please inform them in advance so they can plan accordingly.

Will we have access to the museum exhibits during our event?

Museum access is available, but needs to be arranged at the time of your reservation. Additional charges may apply.
