Friendship makes the world a better place.
Great friendships flourish when we take the time to learn about each other, discover our differences and similarities, and show each other kindness and respect. In Faithful Friends, kids and their families can explore Houston's rich tapestry of religious and cultural diversity while practicing skills that build strong friendships, like finding common ground, celebrating differences, and fostering empathy and respect. Through hands-on activities, stories from other Houston kids, and scheduled programs, Faithful Friends highlights how curiosity, collaboration, and kindness can create a more peaceful, connected community
This exhibit fosters a deeper understanding and appreciation for Houston's robust diversity while increasing connection and collaboration among visitors. Children and their adults learn about different traditions, religious identities, and cultures all while developing skills for communication and self-expression.
A dynamic pace for hands-on activities, storytelling, and cultural programming, the Kaleidoscope Room invites you to engage in crafts, games, and rotating interactive experiences inspired by global traditions.
