About the exhibit
We are are Leveling Up! Some PowerPlay areas are temporarily closed, including the PowerTower. Get ready for an all-new PowerPlay coming this summer!

With three levels of physical challenges that are meant to push you to your next level, there is something for everyone to try in PowerPlay! As you jump, stretch, crank, dance, climb and crawl your way through this exhibition, you will explore strength, flexibility and endurance. Take your heart rate before and after each challenge and learn important tips for maintaining good physical health while discovering ways you can continue to work on all three at home.

Educators

PowerPlay utilizes heart rate monitors at each activity station to show students that human body has a physiological response to exercise. Regular exercise helps the cardiovascular system work more efficiently and has many health benefits.
