There’s something new to do and celebrate every day of Summer at America’s No. 1 children’s museum – Houston’s ultimate family destination!  Get away and soak in the fun during the Museum’s splish-splashing, flip-flopping “Fun Summer Vibes.”  Set sail on a voyage of discovery filled with exciting, non-stop adventures every day, all day long!

Embark on a daily escapade filled with thrills, interactive activities, live demonstrations, and performances.  Our exhilarating galleries are filled to the brim with exhilarating explorations, including the all-new Sights Unseen exhibit, which immerses you in color, darkness, and light and looks into the mysterious and unseen world around you.  The all-new RoboSurgery interactive in Invention Convention relies on your curiosity and tinkering to identify what’s wrong with the robot!  And the brand-new Ball Run in Invention Convention invites you to explore gravity, momentum and friction while building a fast ball course.  Plus, unleash your imagination and make a big splash at our outdoor exhibit, FlowWorks, while connecting with nature in EcoStation.

The Museum will be open from Tuesday through Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Free Family Night Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m.)  Don’t forget to book you visit in advance as the Museum will be operating at a limited capacity.  Advance tickets will be available for sale in early May.
