Where can I park?

There are plenty of parking spaces available in our garage conveniently located across from the Museum. Metered and free parking are also available around the neighboring streets. Please do not park in a “no parking zone.”

Do I need to reserve my ticket in advance?

Yes, online ticket reservations are required. Timed entry for admissions maintains a reduced capacity in the building at all times and helps provide social distancing for everyone. Reservations are available every half hour starting at 10:00 am Tuesday to Saturday. The final reservation of the day is at 4:30 pm. We will not be taking walk-up visits except for Museum Members and CityPASS holders.

Can adults visit alone?

No, a child must be a part of your group in order to enter the Museum.

Is the Museum a ASTC Passport participant?

Members of the ASTC Passport Program receive free admission for the number of people designated by their corresponding membership level. We recommend you reserve your tickets in advance to guarantee admission. If you are visiting from another museum, please enter Promo Code CMHASTC when you reserve your online tickets. You will need to present your membership card at the box office to gain admission.

Can I bring my own food into the Museum?

No, outside food is not permitted except for dietary restrictions. Please tell us of any restrictions at box office. Our full-service Fresh Café provides a healthy and varied selection of food items.
