Fake Snow

Explore sodium polyacrylate in how it absorbs water! Everyone will get to take some snow home! You will learn about various states of matter and where real and fake snow fit into that topic!

Oobleck & Brain Hat

Learn about Non-Newtonian fluids and how they change their state of matter under different amounts of pressure by making some Oobleck. Children will also learn about how the human body contains some non-Newtonian fluids, such as synovial fluid, that coats the knee and elbow joints.

Learn about the different parts of our brain by crafting your very own brain hat.
