WHAT'S HAPPENING

American Chemistry Society: Explore hands-on chemistry activities and experiments that show the magic of science in everyday life.

When: From 9 am-2 pm in Kids' Hall Alcove

Hocus Pocus Meet & Greet: Meet the magical sisters of Hocus Pocus and snap a spooky Halloween photo with your favorite witches!

When: From 10 am-2 pm roaming around the Museum

Mad Science Shows: Watch exciting mad science demonstrations that combine fun, learning, and jaw-dropping experiments!

When: At 11 am & 1 pm in Brown Auditorium

BASF Labs: Spooky Polymers: Slippery, ooey and gooey... Oh My! Explore how polymers behave using some common household ingredients. Your slimy, glowing creation is yours to keep! Recommended for ages 6+.

When: At 10:30 am & 1 & 3 pm in the Power Science Lab

ON-GOING ACTIVITIES

Fizzy Reactions: Mix up some bubbling, fizzing fun and discover the chemistry behind these spooky reactions!

When: All Day in Science Station

Peace Potion Jars: Create your own calming jar using Halloween colors and watch the swirling glitter and colors settle into a mesmerizing, peaceful potion! While supplies last.

When: All Day in Chevron Maker Annex
Mad Scientist Wig: BOOM! POW! ZAP! You can make your hair stand on end when you make a mad scientist wig!
