Nourishing Little Minds: How Gut Health Shapes Mood, Behavior & Picky Eating

Young children are constantly growing: physically, mentally, and emotionally. But did you know that what they eat plays a huge role in their mood, behavior, and even their willingness to try new foods? In this engaging talk, Lubna Nazarani, MS, CNS, will break down the powerful connection between gut health and brain function in children aged 0-3. You’ll learn how nutrient-dense foods can help stabilize mood, support cognitive development, and reduce picky eating tendencies. Walk away with simple, practical strategies to nourish your child’s gut and set the foundation for a lifetime of health, without mealtime battles.
