March 14 isn't just any ordinary day—it's π Pi Day and also marks the birthday of the legendary Albert Einstein! Nearly two decades ago, the Children’s Museum Houston sparked the original international sensation surrounding π Pi Day, and the excitement hasn't stopped since! Join us as we celebrate the infinite, non-repeating number 3.14... by shutting down our street for an epic showdown in a wild, Pi Day-induced frenzy during our 21st Annual Pi Day. The chaos kicks off at 1:59 p.m. (because the numbers follow 3.14159), plunging you headfirst into the heart of the π Pi-Day celebration. Get ready for a day packed with all things π Pi, guaranteed to be filled with laughter, learning, and endless fun!

Pi Day Fight: Join us for our 21st Annual Pi Day Fight at Children's Museum Houston on Pi Day, March 14th! Watch as the Blueberry Blasts face off against Pumpkin Power in a wild showdown to celebrate the math magic of 3.14!

WHAT'S HAPPENING?

Make a Mentos Geyser: Get ready for a splash of fun on Pi Day as you set off a fizzy explosion for a unique and exciting photo op!

When: From 10 to 11:30 am on Ewing St.

Science Demo Show: Join us for our thrilling annual science demo show featuring explosive Mentos geysers, foamy elephant toothpaste, and mesmerizing liquid nitrogen demonstrations that will leave you in awe!

When: From noon to 12:30 pm on Ewing St.

Pi Bracelets: Create your own bracelet where each colorful bead represents a different digit of pi, making a fun and wearable math masterpiece!

When: From 9 am to 1:30 pm in Tree Top

Pie in Your Face: Get ready for some silly fun where you can take a chance and see who gets a whipped cream surprise!

When: From 9 to 11 am and 3 to 5 pm in One World

Pie Walk: Dance around a circle of numbered squares for a chance to win a delicious, sweet treat with every step!

When: From 11:30 am to 12:30 pm in One World

Pudding Pies: Indulge in a delicious Pi Day treat with pudding pies, featuring layers of Nilla wafer, creamy pudding, and whipped cream for a sweet, math-inspired snack!

When: From 2:30 to 4:30 pm in Tree Top

Mad About Hoops: Get ready for a thrilling hula hoop performance where gravity-defying tricks choreography take center stage!

When: At 3 and 4 pm in Brown Auditorium
