DIY Journals: Ignite your creativity and dive into an exhilarating journey as you design and forge your very own customized leather journal using the cutting-edge power of CorelDraw design software and the precision of the Glowforge laser cutter, turning your visions into tangible masterpieces that exude style and sophistication! 

When: Aug. 17 from 3 to 4:30 pm

AI Generated Artwork: Master the art of using AI as you learn how to interact with it and create your own unique work of art. Dazzle with your design then use the Glowforge laser cutter to raster your design on to a keepsake to take home with you! 

When: Aug. 24 from 3 to 4:30 pm

Scribble Bots: Become a master robot maker and create moving robots using DC motors, then attach crayons to create unique works of art. Get ready for crazy patterns and scribbled masterpieces as your scribble bot helps you create unique works of art.

Kinetic Toys (Automata): Design and create your own moving mechanical sculptures using our Glowforge laser cutter and your own hand-drawn designs. Create cranks & cams to bring your automata to life as they spin, move up and down, and more!

‍Costume Design: Get ready for spooky fun this Halloween and design your costume with the Makers! Bring your best ideas and use the laser cutter, 3D printers, and more to bring your ideas to life to create your own unique costume. (3D printed pieces may need to be picked up on a later date).

When: Oct. 5 from 3 to 4:30 pm

Pumpkin Carving: Pick the perfect pumpkin and design a one-of-a-kind pattern to create a jack-o-lantern. You’ll carve into the pumpkin with special Maker Annex tools and take home a pumpkin ready to kick off the month at the Boo-Seum!

When: Oct. 12 every two hours from 9 am to 5 pm

Monster Stuffed Animals: Channel your inner monster maker as you design your own plush monster on the GlowForge laser cutter. Design & cut out your pattern, then put it together and add the ghoulish details to your monster, just in time for spooky fun! 

When: Oct. 19 from 3 to 4:30 pm

Glow Slime: Create your own mixture of oozing, gooey, glow slime! Join in the spooky fun to mix up your own monster slime, test it out on our giant nose then take home your gooey creations.

Magnetic Spider Webs: Weave a tangled web and stand, then add your magnetic spider to the mix and be amazed by the web-slinging action as your spider rotates and swings around the base. Get ready for magnet-powered fun with this workshop.

Ping-Pong Launchers: Launch into fun with your own tension-powered ping-pong ball launcher. Hammer, shape and create your wooden launcher and get ready to pop into this workshop.

Wooden Cars: We’re off to the races with this workshop! Use the power of the CNC router and the GlowForge laser cutter plus drills and power tools to model, create, and decorate your own wooden car!

Wooden Dinosaur Toys: Travel back in time to the land of the dinosaurs and leave with your own wooden, moving toy dinosaur! Use the power of the CNC router and the GlowForge laser cutter plus drills and power tools to model and create your own toy dinosaur!

Snowglobes: Get ready to create a winter wonderland in your own snow globe! First, design your winter scene to go inside the snow globe using the GlowForge laser cutter then bring your design together complete with a glittery liquid mix to bring your snow globe to life.
