Children's Brainiverse Museum: The Children's Brainiverse Museum is an interactive neuroscience outreach initiative led by Dr. Jose L. Contreras-Vidal, with coordination by Yoshua E. Lima-Carmona and Maxine Annel Pacheco-Ramírez through the BRAIN-AccelNet Student Network and the BRAIN Center at University of Houston.
In celebration of World Brain Day, children, families, and the broader community are invited to put their memory to the test and discover how the brain recognizes, remembers, and learns through interactive memory challenges, hands-on neuroscience activities, and live demonstrations featuring real-time brain technologies such as electroencephalography (EEG).
By combining scientific discovery with engaging educational experiences, Brainiverse promotes STEM education, raises awareness of brain health, and inspires the next generation of scientists, engineers, and healthcare professionals to explore the fascinating world of the human brain.
This activity is supported by NSF Award No. 2349657 and NIH Award No. R25HD106896
