Children’s Museum Houston’s education team is proud to present our holiday-themed Epic Adventure Pop-Up: 100% Chance of Snow STEAM Kit.
Our team usually brings a blizzard of frosty fun to our halls despite the Texas heat year after year, but this this season, we’re bringing our winter wonderland to you! Enjoy activities inspired by our annual “Seasons of Sharing” exhibit and our infamous New Year’s Noon party in our new Museum-in-a-box experience. Inside, you’ll find materials for two of each activity:
- Spinning Snowflake Trees – Spin yourself into a flurry with this mechanical engineering activity.
- Snow Globe – Create a glistening world that fits in the palm of your hand while seeing density in action.
- Instant Snow – No need to visit the North Pole! Make snow at home with this super cool, and super absorbent polymer.
- New Year’s Noon 2021 Glasses – It’s time to say “goodbye” to 2020! Get a new perspective and up your accessory game in time for the New Year with these easy-to-assemble LED glasses.
- “Seasons of Sharing” Diorama – Our annual exhibit showcasing celebrations around the world is coming to you! Try new recipes and transform your kit box into one of the mini houses featured in our exhibit.
