Travel through a web-filled universe to hang out with your friendly neighborhood Spider-Team! Swing into Children’s Museum Houston as the Spider-Man multiverse collides during “Power Up! Summer.” Our Spidey senses are tingling for a Spider-Man inspired event.
SPECIAL EVENTS:
Summer Play: Enjoy the museum’s supercharged show, “Power Up: The Musical!”
Event Times: At 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. in Brown Auditorium.
Spidey Web-Sling Showdown: Show us your best web shooter skills. (Ages5+)
Event Times: At 1, 2, and 3p.m. in Concrete Jungle.
Spiderman Meet-and-Greet: Get hyped up when you meet Peter Parker, Miles Morales and Spider-Gwen.
Event Time: From 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in Kid’s Hall Alcove.
Spider-Verse Story Times: Listen to Spidey stories with Peter Parker, Miles Morales and Spider-Gwen!
Event Times: At 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. in Brown Auditorium.
Spidey Face Painting: Learn how to paint your face to look like Spider-Man!
Event Times:11:30 a.m., 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, 3:30, and 4:30 p.m. in Alexander Art Academy.
ON-GOING ACTIVITIES:
- Design a Game: Make one using a video game console template in Alexander Art Academy.
- Playing with Pixels: Design your own pixelated work of art in Junktion.
- Pupil Response Chart: Learn how light dilates and constricts the pupils in Power Science Lab.
