WHAT IS THE OPEN DOORS PROGRAM?
The Open Doors Program ensures that everyone visits the Children's Museum of Houston. Local non-profit organizations obtain FREE access to the Museum by becoming Open Doors partners. By doing so, they can assist families who would not likely attend the Museum without encouragement and financial assistance.
FREE access to the Museum can be obtained in the following ways:
- FREE and UNLIMITED group visits to The Children’s Museum of Houston. Your agency can schedule a group visit anytime the Museum is open to the public. We will not charge admission for anyone in your group. To make an Open Doors visit, call Reservations at (713) 535-7238.
- Open Doors Family Passes. You can request passes to distribute to your clients. Your clients, in turn, can use these passes to visit The Children’s Museum of Houston whenever they wish. Each pass admits up to six people for FREE! There is no limit to how many passes you can request per month.
There is no charge to become an
Open Doors partner. Feel
