Eenie, mini, money, mo!  Having fun at the Children’s Museum of Houston just makes cents! Come and discover how to be money smart because money doesn’t grow on trees.  Learn how to start saving now so you don’t worry about money later.  Run your own business in Kidtropolis, USA.

SPECIAL EVENTS:

• Smart Money Literacy Fair: Get money smart with hands-on activities and information supplied by the Houston Public Library.
  Thursday, September 30: 5 – 7:45 p.m. during Free Family Night
• Prudential Financial Literacy Day: Put your financial IQ to the test in a live game show.  Come on over and play money math games and much more!
  Saturday, October 2: 10 a.m.—6 p.m.

ON-GOING ACTIVITIES:

• Coin Challenges:  Use the pretend coins to complete the challenges in Junktion
• Budget Your Bucks: Learn how to be “money smart” by budgeting your bucks in this game at the Junktion table.
• Duct Tape Wallet: Make your own money holder out of duct tape and cardboard at Junktion.
