FROM ZERO TO HERO WONDERWEEK!
Come to the Children's Museum of Houston dressed up as your favorite superhero!
June 20 - 25

Build up some superpowers and transform into a math fighting superhero! Tackle the worst math challenges and put them behind bars as you pump up your brain muscle!  Plus, boost your superpowers with a Super Pattern Power Band, overcome the center of gravity, and enhance your look with a Super Shape Cape!  Don’t forget to come dressed up in costume!

ACTIVITIES:

 Super Shape Cape: A hero’s look not only determines style, but functions as disguise. Design a flexible cape to suit your look and protect your identity!
 Super Hero Logic: Brain, as much as brawn, is what makes superheroes extraordinary.  Exercise your brain power while looking for multiple possibilities.
 Super Pattern Power Band: This power band will heighten your senses to take apart and reconstruct shapes configurations!
 Explorations into Center of Gravity: Find out how superheroes, acrobats and other bizarre beings defy this scientific law.

SPECIAL EVENTS:

 Super Brain Building Games: Strengthen your problem solving and critical thinking skills playing fun games of logic!
Saturday, June 21: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Sunday, June 22: 1 – 4 p.m.

 Spotlight Performance: Joseph Dixon presents African Rhythms and Spirituals. A musical and educational performance on the history and heroic significance of African songs and spirituals.
Saturday, June 21: 2 p.m.
