Children's Museum of Houston raises the woof with Reliant Park World Series of Dog Shows frisbee and musical demos

Put your super-paw-ers to the test! The Children’s Museum of Houston invites you to em-“bark” on a Summer of Epic Adventure. From July 8 to 14, superhero trainees will raise the “woof” with Super Dogs to the Rescue and get a sneak peek at the Reliant Park World Series of Dog Shows.
•Dancing Dogs: Reliant Park World Series of Dog Shows will bust some doggie moves.
Event Time: 5:30 & 6:30 p.m. (Thursday, July 11) in the Brown Auditorium.
•Frisbee Dogs: Reliant Park World Series of Dog Shows pooches bite into a canine Frisbee frenzy.
Event Time: 3 & 4 p.m. (Saturday, July 13) in the Brown Auditorium.
•Get Your Gear On - Plastic Fusion Masks: Design a super mask that will make you stand out.
Event Time: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Mon. – Sat); Noon to 2 p.m. (Sunday) in the Alcove.
•“Calling All Superheroes” Live Epic Showdown: You are invited to join the Telephone Man in a heroic adventure where he barks at the Boredom Bandit to give up and release the Brain.

•Epic Experience – Nano Invisibility and Liquid Body Armor: Explore what nanotechnology en-“tails” and how everyday heroes use it to protect themselves.
Event Time: 3 to 5 p.m. in the Concrete Jungle.
•Puppy-pults: Super Dog needs help getting his puppies to the Super Dog Hall. Stop by Inventors’ Workshop to make a catapult that will fling your puppy models into a goal.
•Animal Tracks Stamping: Become an animal track expert at Alexander Art Academy.
•Dex: The Heart of a Hero: Make a superhero dog that stretches just like Dex at Junktion.
•Ladybug Girl and Bingo: Make dog ears to be just like super sidekick Bingo at Junktion.
•Bad Guy/Good Guy: Swing by Junktion to create a “two face” hero/villain mask.
•Canine Estimation Jars: Guess how many dog treats there are at the ExxonMobil Math Cart.
