Project ACCELERATE Tool Kit

1. Site Observation Worksheet
   In order to keep consistent data on each of our sites, the Program Coordinator fills out a simple form during each site visit.

2. Activity Kit Sign-Out Sheet
   We ask our partners to record the name of the facilitator, the activity they used and the number of children who used it, each time they open an activity kit.  Sites report their numbers to our Project Coordinator at the end of every month.

3. Sample Caregiver Training Agenda
   We offer periodic training on museum premises and frequent training at partner sites when requested.  We tailor agendas to suit the particular needs of the trainees.  Ideally all trainings take place in a computer lab and last at least three hours when possible.

4. Best Practices Guide
   We developed the Best Practices Guide to help our partner programs implement Project ACCELERATE successfully.  

5. Evaluation Tools
   We developed surveys to assess students and caregivers perceptions of Project ACCELERATE and to identify specific areas we need to improve or adapt.

6. Potential Partner Assessment
   This checklist is designed to help you assess whether or not a potential pro ject partner has the adequate resources to effectively use Project ACCELERATE.
